Following lunch, Trever called the meeting to order at 1:05PM and welcomed those in attendance.
Meal Blessing. Gene Sanders asked God’s blessing on the meal we’d just enjoyed, and on the meeting that we were just beginning.
Santa Claus Oath was led by Russell Albright. Mrs. Claus Oath was led by Maureen Weiser.
Introductions. Trever asked for new or first-time attendees to introduce themselves. Santa Cameron Sterwart from Bellingham introduced himself and his wife Alyse. They are also Clowns and do balloon
twisting.
Treasurer’s Report Treasurer Dennis Gorley reported a balance (as of May 30, 2018) $12,586.12 Savings = $ 431.60. Checking = $ 12,154.52, Petty Cash = $ 50.00. 2018 Membership 47 Members Paid. 26 members from 2017 have not renewed. 22 people have secured Background checks through NORPAC. Can use PayPal at web site for purchase. Some have elected to have BGC completed in August to be within employment window of 90 days. Tacoma Rainiers Game – Tickets @ $15.00 each for July 22nd game. $2.00 to NORPAC Santa’s fund raiser. So far 4 tickets have been purchased. 21 Tickets available. Can use PayPal at web site for purchase. Tickets will be distributed at Will Call on date of game. Contact Santa Dennis Gorley Christmas Performer Workshop with Santa True We have 23 individuals and 5 couples (Total of 33) registered as of May 30th. Individual registration is $200.00 and Couples registration is $350.00. Can use PayPal at web site to pay for registration. Deadline is Saturday June 2nd .
