Mark spoke with Steve Gillham regarding coming to NORPAC conference this year. Steve Gillham & Leon McBryde, The Brothers Claus, is available the first weekend in October.
Registration question, cost for them to come,
Room cost at GWL is $179 per night
Possible to offer scholarship 30 of them at $40 each to help offset the room cost
Look into other hotels, making it a Santa centered convention without interaction with children

Get quotes for room rate based on: 15 rooms Thursday, 30 on Friday, and 5 Saturday
