General Meeting – Minutes

Several members logged on, Board members in attendance were Ron Kearns, Russell Albright ll, Dennis Gorley, Mark DeMonbrun, Jerry Galland.
There were 30 participants.
Santa Ron called the meeting to order at 10:00.
Topics are convention for this year in October.
Started the meeting with Jerry Galland reading the Santa Clause Oath.
Our next meeting is August 7th at Ernie and Ginnie Walkers. Catered meal.
Question asked for Catered or Potluck. 18 responded 78%-5
Santa John Chilson spoke about online visits, and offered to mentor anyone interested in chatting about how to establish. john@northpole.marketing
Sharing information about the annual conference, October 1st and 2nd.
Santa Dennis Gorley talked about our invitation with The Brothers Claus. And about the menu selections for catered meal at the conference.
Elvis, Danny Vernon, is available for Friday night.
To keep cost down for attending, $100 per Santa, $150-$175 per couple, with NORPAC covering some expenses.
Room rate is $105, including breakfast.
Dennis Gorley shared highlights of the agenda with The Brothers Claus.
