Our first virtual meeting was a great success, we had at 26 individually in the meeting! Our next virtual membership meeting via Zoom is scheduled for Saturday, May 16^th at 10:00am. If you are having trouble getting into Zoom or how to function in a Zoom meeting, please let a member of the executive board know via return email and we can arrange a time to get you setup prior to the start of the May 16^th meeting.

If you are lacking the necessary hardware to connect to meetings (need a webcam, computer, tablet), get a hold of Russell Albright, he has a few extra webcams available for sale (they are REALLY hard to come by these days). Unlike our last meeting, this meeting will require a password to join, the password is in the email or in the message board.

The EASIEST way to join the meeting, from a computer, is to click the link in the email that was sent to the group. If you did not receive this email, send a message to the webmaster (webmaster@norpac-santas.org)  and he will arrange to get you into the meeting. The webmaster will send you an email link that will allow you to launch the zoom app on your computer (or get it installed if it isn’t already) and then join you in. Again, if you need assistance with this, please contact a member of the executive board and we will setup a practice session to make sure everything is working prior to the start of our actual meeting.

• Getting comfortable with the virtual membership meeting.
• Discussion and introduction into “virtual Santa”
• Fall Workshop update
• Group photo (If we forget, please remind us, we are only human here.)
• Open Discussion

We know that within our membership there are different levels of experience related to the “virtual Santa” and we are looking for assistance in sharing your expertise/knowledge with others in upcoming membership meetings/Zoominars. Please contact a board member for more information and coordination.
