A Few Program Highlights

Helping Children Succeed at Santa Visits
Every child arrives at a Santa visit differently. JuJu Acosta will lead a practical session on helping performers respond with patience, flexibility, and useful options when a child needs extra time, a different approach, or more room to feel comfortable.

Photography and Headshots
Kristin Elliott-Parker will lead a practical workshop on working with photographers during Santa sessions. She will also offer professional headshots during the conference, with sign-up available at the conference check-in table.

Planning a Home Visit
Jerry Nebel will walk through the anatomy of a successful home visit, including preparation, pacing, family expectations, and the real-world details that help performers arrive ready.

Finding Santa Work Through GigSalad
Gene Sanders will offer a practical introduction to using GigSalad as one possible tool for finding holiday performer work, responding to inquiries, and deciding whether the platform fits your business.

Conference Registration

  • NORPAC members: $175 individual or $300 per couple
  • Non-members: $225 individual or $350 per couple
  • Registration includes Friday lunch and dinner, Saturday lunch, conference sessions, and planned activities. There are no one-day registration options. Additional meal-and-activity registrations are available for $70 per person.
