There was a little show and tell by various Santas at this time.

Old Business
2015 Toys for Tots did not happen due to complications and no final arrangements were completed. We are still interested in assisting at the Raniers games if something can be arranged.

Group Sharing
Santa Trever pointed out that if you are able to fill a position from the NORPAC Request a Santa link please post that you accepted that job so others will know. There was a discussion how frustrating it is for many Santas to receive requests 1 or 2 weeks or days before an event. Discussion continued how we can inform business and the public that the earlier requests are made the more likely they will be filled. As a group we will explore the ideas of Evening Magazine or New Day with Margaret Larson on KING 5 doing a story with that message: Plan Early.
There were stories from several santas.
If you have an event that could possibly use an elf or the Grinch, we have the contacts: Marty Horton and Alex Bennett.
50/50 Drawing Dennis Gorley said $202.00 had been collected. Marty Horton walked away with $101.00 in his pocket.
