May 31, 2022 NORPAC Executive Board Meeting Minutes
Present: President Mark DeMonbrun, Vice President Russell Albright, Treasurer Dennis Gorley, Secretary Chuck Parrish, Board member at large Gene Sanders, IBRBS regional representative Jim Beidle
Meeting called to order at 6:10 pm
Moved, seconded, and carried that the food at the August picnic be catered.
Moved, seconded, and carried that each picnic attendee pay $10 and Norpac will cover any costs above that.
Treasurer Report (Gorley) is attached at the bottom of this post. Two documents.
Discussion of the plans for the Norpac convention later this year with Santa True.
Discussion of the meeting agenda of the General Meeting on June 4.
Meeting adjourned at 7:15pm
