Jerry Galland and Russell presented a demonstration of how to add virtual backdrops to your Zoom meetings.
Shown were searching the internet for royalty free-to-use photos or videos, selecting and saving it in a folder and how to use the Video Settings feature in Zoom to add those graphics to the available library.
Also shown were the backdrops that Russell and Jerry G have set up behind them in their offices. Green screen and blue screen are good options for Chroma key blanking out of real background.
Russell showed his fabric backdrop and how it is used instead of a virtual backdrop.
Several members offered great advice and shared how they have used virtual meetings for Santa visits.
Jim Beidle talked about an option to Zoom, he is using Open Broadcast Software. This is another free app that has many more features.
Next general meeting scheduled for June
