August 6, 2022 NORPAC Picnic and General Membership Meeting Minutes
Called to order at 1:00pm
Treasurer’s Report: Dennis Gorley presented. The details are in the attachment to the minutes. Payments can now be made with Zelle. The charge for Norpac background checks will go up about 10% because Intellicorps will be charging a little more. Norpac will absorb any increases this year.
Conference: 35 individuals have signed up for the conference this year. 11 couples and 13 individuals including some out of our geographical area. The deadline for signing up for the conference is September 15. After that, any unreserved rooms will be made available to the general public. Help will be needed for the setup at the conference. Dennis asked that we fill out a survey that will help Santa True in determining what to present in the conference.
Announcements
It was reported that the turnout for the Christmas in July Mariners event turned out to be a success. A lot of fun!
Time was made available for general discussion.
