Conference Activities

Along with learning sessions and catered meals, the conference includes optional activities throughout the weekend. These are opportunities to take part, contribute, and enjoy time with fellow performers. You may change your plans later by contacting NORPAC.

Thursday Hospitality Affair

For those arriving Thursday, NORPAC will host an informal hospitality gathering from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the conference room, with snacks and beverages. It is a chance to settle in, reconnect, and meet new friends before the conference begins.

An RSVP helps us plan enough snacks and beverages for everyone.

Gift Basket Silent Auction and 50/50 Raffle

Contributors assemble and donate gift baskets at their own expense. NORPAC does not reimburse basket costs. A contribution toward the auction is a donated basket, rather than a cash substitute. Anyone who prefers to support NORPAC without providing a basket is welcome to make a general donation instead.

Those who indicate they plan to donate a basket will receive additional details from the conference team.

50/50 raffle tickets will also be available during the conference. Half of the raffle proceeds go to the winner, and the other half helps offset conference costs.

Christmas Ornament Exchange

The optional Christmas Ornament Exchange takes place Saturday. Bring an ornament to share, and you will receive another ornament through the exchange. The coordinator will collect and number the ornaments before the exchange assuring no one receives their own ornament back..

You may change your plans later. Contact NORPAC before the conference so we can help the coordinator plan.

Friday Evening Fireside Christmas Sing-Along

After Friday dinner, join us at the hotel fire pit for an informal Christmas sing-along. Eugene Sanders will bring a guitar and help lead the music, with time to relax, visit, and enjoy the evening together.

This comes with conference registration. You do not need to RSVP separately.

Hotel Information

The Best Western Plus Mountain View, 401 8th Street SW, Auburn, Washington, will host the conference.

NORPAC has arranged a conference room block at $139 per night, plus tax, for Thursday, September 24 through Saturday, September 26. Staying in the NORPAC block helps the organization meet its hotel commitment and keeps more of us together at the conference site.

To reserve a room, call the hotel front desk at (253) 887-7600 and let them know you are attending the 2026 Northwest Santa Conference with NORPAC. Ask for the NORPAC room block for September 24–26.

The discounted conference rate is available through Saturday, August 22, subject to room availability. Please make your hotel reservation directly with the hotel.
