Yes it is TRUE, we are going to have our first live get together in about 18 months. It’s a picnic at Santa Ernie Walker’s home and beautiful backyard on the creek. It all begins at NOON on August 7th. Hope to see a whole bunch of you for this get together.
We are having the main meal consisting of Hot Dogs, Deluxe Burgers, Coleslaw and chips catered by Carrs Catering service. Bring your own beverages and dessert (if you like but not required). NORPAC is picking up a big share of this cost but we will need to charge $10 per person for the lunch to make sure we have commitment.
NORPAC needs to have a head count / commitment by JULY 23rd so we can give that to the Caterer a couple weeks before.
