About Us – NORPAC Santas

WHO ARE WE?
“They err who think Santa enters through the chimney. He enters through the heart.”

Christmas Performers Of The Pacific Northwest

Networking, Fellowship, Learning and FUN!

NORPAC Santas was established in 2010 to help members carry forth the spirit of Christmas in their hearts and spreading love, happiness and goodwill to others throughout the year.
Our organization welcomes and encourages potential members of all beliefs, backgrounds, races and nationalities to join it in carrying out its mission of sharing joy, hope and wonder with the young and young-at-heart.

We are inspired by the spirit of St. Nicholas of Myra, a long-ago bishop, whose many acts of kindness included leaving gifts for poor families in the middle of the night.

Members of NORPAC Santas serve the Northwest in a broad variety of work, some paid, some volunteer. You can find us bringing the joy of the season to events in Northwest homes, malls, businesses, organizations and communities.. Their work also extends to daycares, nursing homes, hospitals, military bases and shelters. Some members work with photographers; others make remote appearances at distant places through video-conferencing programs.

All dues-paying members to our organization, those listed on OUR CHRISTMAS PERFORMERS page, are required to have a current background check on file. Because much of our work is with children, NORPAC members are expected to act in a way that reflects positively on the organization and the Santa Claus persona. This includes, but is not limited to maintaining a professional appearance, upholding high moral standards, demonstrating kindness and patience and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
