Hello everyone, if you are an IBRBS member, and have volunteer hours to submit for the Santa’s Heart Award, I wanted to make sure that you are aware of their time frames.

Please be sure to submit all data by March 8, 2020. (I am sure it meant 2021, and I was able to submit my hours this afternoon.)

To prepare, before logging in, it is a good idea to set out a chart or speadsheet of all your charity names and hours, as well as you total regular hours and total volunteer hours. And if your Mrs Claus also had volunteer hours, have that number handy too.

      From the IBRBS website:

Thank you for your time in helping us quantify your charitable efforts. We will annually identify our most outstanding charitable members and chapters. Being selected as a recipient of a IBRBS Santa’s Heart Award will not only be an honor (with prizes), but we hope to get this information about your efforts out to the media as well. This helps get you the recognition you deserve.

Please fill in all fields in this form. The detail requested is about your work as Santa either in casual or full character. Charitable work is defined as pro-bono or appearances where you charged half or less of your normal fee. Please be sure to add in your travel time and submit all data by March 8, 2020.
